A 1:60 scale model of Endurance, the ship used on the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition 1914-16, made by Mr Chris Birkett. The model has a wooden stand (stored separately).

Physical description:

A 1:60 scale model of 'Endurance', a three-masted barquentine, 144 feet (44m) in length and with a beam of 25 feet (7.6m). The model has no sails. It has four small boats (two lifeboats, one whaler and one motor boat).
