Full description:

A pair of calf-length boots (mukluks). The foot is made from two pieces of smoked tanned moose hide: a single piece forms the sole which is turned over the sides of the foot and gathered around the toes, with another piece for the top of the foot. The leg of the boot is made from a single piece of white canvas seamed at the back. It has a drawstring top with a tie of twisted light blue wool yarn with dark blue and red wool yarn. A tie of smoked tanned moose hide is threaded through holes in skin around the ankles, emerging through holes in the canvas on each side of foot.
