Full description:

Two short duffle inners, made of brown blanket cloth with mustard-coloured stitching, which may or may not be a pair. Each slipper is made from a single piece of cloth with very narrow seams around the toe, side of foot and back of heel to ensure flatness. The stitching on the right slipper is blanket stitch around the opening for the foot, an over-and-over stitch down the back of the heel and across the base of the heel, and herringbone stitch along the seams. The stitching on the left slipper is darker in colour and is much closer together, with blanket stitch around the opening and herringbone stitch down the back of the heel, across the base of the heel, and around the toe and side of foot. Both have a white textile name tape inside with 'I.F. Meiklejohn' in red.
