A Virtus stove (a), made of metal and consisting of a fuel tank with a bellied base, a pump (used to pressurise the tank) and air screw (used to release pressure from the tank), above which is a rising tube, spirit cup and burner assembly, part of which is detached (c). It has three legs welded to the fuel tank, one of which has become detached (b). The stove is marked 'VIRTUS' in several places, and is also marked 'PAT No. 260237127'. |
