Full description:

A very long textile pennant. The left part consists of a red cross on a white background, made of separate pieces of cloth stitched together. The right part consists of a long tapering tale made of a single length of red textile, torn at the end. There is a wooden rod stitched inside a loop on the left side of the pennant.
