Sixteen round metal buttons (one is missing) of assorted sizes (17mm x 8 (plus one missing), 20mm x 1, 23mm x 5, 26mm x 1), attached to a display board. The buttons have a gold-coloured coating. Each button depicts a crown and an anchor wrapped with rope enclosed within a rope border, and the largest button has two laurel branches and the word 'DISCOVERY' enclosed within a rope border. The buttons have hairpin-style fixings on the back.
