Full description:

A rectangular Union Jack flag. The Union Jack is made from strips of textile joined together with machine stitching. The top, bottom edges and right/free edges are all hemmed. A strip of textile tape/webbing is stitched to the left/pole edge to form a tube, which contains a rope with a wooden toggle at the top and a length of white cord stitched to the bottom.
