A printed recording card, blank. The front of the form is marked 'TRANS-ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION' and records: Imp. factor, number, location, subject, date, activity, final veeder and final time, initial veeder and initial time, difference, mask temperature, B.P., N.T.P. factor and ambient temperature. The back of the form records: No. of inspired air sample, ventilation in litres/minute, CO2 analysis, inspired Co2, true CO2, inspired O2, O2 analysis, true O2 uptake, R.Q., cost/min, cost/card, and additional description of activity and remarks.
