Full description: |
Square silk flag with central, white horizontal band over a blue field, and central embroidered coat of arms bearing a red unicorn and overlaid gold anchor on a blue shield. The whole is fringed with rope stitched to the main body of silk. Three canvas loops for rope to hoist are affixed equidistant along one vertical edge.
