Stripes of red, white patterened and blue textiles and a strip of cream coloured leather are attached to the tops of the boots. Chevron stitching decorates the fronts. Collected by Episcopal missionary Augustus Reginald Hoare in Point Hope, Alaska, between 1908 and 1920. | ||||||

A pair of red animal hide miniature boots with tan coloured soles. Stripes of red, white patterened and blue textiles and a strip of cream coloured leather are attached to the tops of the boots. Chevron stitching decorates the front of the boots. There are two red animal hide thongs attached to the base of the boots and a string attached to the top to tie them together. |
