Title: Mitten
Description: One of a pair of polar bear fur mittens. Right hand. The wrists and palms are comprised of seal skin with the upper parts of the thumb and hand in polar bear fur. Collected by Professor Lawrence Rickard and Phyllis Wager during the British East Greenland Expedition, 1935-36.

One of a pair of mittens. The wrist section is made from brown, de-haired seal skin and the palms are comprised of seal fur. The top of the mitten and thumb is comprised of polar bear fur.
