A toggle of bone with striations resembling horn, suggesting the bone is from a polar bear. The toggle has one flat face and a notch across the width on the opposing rounded face. The whole tapers to a thin tip at the distal end. The opposite end of the toggle is deeper and perforated for suspension on a seal-skin thong strung with seven semi-spherical bone beads. |
