Full description: |
A rectangular, empty tin certificate case, elliptical in section, with detachable lid and U-shaped section cut from top of opening on both longer sides. All joins soldered. Seal on front of the office of the Lord High Admiral consists of an anchor surrounded by a ribband with latin inscription and laurel wreath and crown above. A section of a paper label is adhered along one edge to the opposite side of the case. |
