Description: View of the lake. There is a possible Inuit cache overlooking the lake to the east. To the west, the valley becomes a gorge, overlooked by purple saxifrage and dwarf willow bluffs. The artist noted that "I walked north into the low foothills, from Bezal Jedusason’s Base Camp, seeing three arctic hares before reaching this ice-covered lake."
