The 1991 Traill Island expedition, led by Robert Burton, spent a rich and varied day on the Haslum Øer peninsula, taking in the superb views, and investigating the many Thule culture archaeological remains. Dr. Hugh Lang, in his early seventies, was the only one who crossed the Karupelv, and climbed on Svinhufvuds Bjerge. |
