The artist completed this sketch on the dull early morning of the penultimate day at the Kap Dufva Camp. The sketch shows the large mess tent and the tents of two individual expedition members. By 11am the fog had lifted and several of them walked into the low hills above Kap Dufva in supperbly clear weather. |
