Title: Snehvide from low hill to east of SØdal Base Camp, NE Greenland, July 04.
Description: On the penultimate day of the expedition, the artist climbed the hill on the eastern side of the SØdal Camp, where he visited two high tarns, saw several arctic hare, and completed this sketch of Snehvide. Two large hers of musk-oxen had congregated just to the north of a Camp, obviously looking forward to the impending departure of the expedition from their favourite pastures
