Chalk and charcoal sketch |
Title: |
Revet boat, Payer Land, Copeland Fjord, and Blosseville Bjerg, N.E. Greenland |
Description: |
The artist completed this sketch of one of the two derelict (but picturesque) boats at Revet, with Copeland Fjord in the background, on the first evening (28 July 2003) after returning from the long trek to Eskimonaes. The hut had changed inside since the 1999 Expedition had used it - what was the store room in 1999 had become the kitchen and mess room, and vice versa. |
