View on a foggy day from Eskimonaes Sirius Station, Clavering Ø, N.E. Greenland, July 93. |
Description: |
This was the second sketch the artist did on this disappointing misty day at the historic site of Eskimonaes. Robert Burton and Peter Roberts wandered along the shore eastwards, and in an excavated Inuit winter house found a harpoon/toggle.
