Description: |
This tarn was a short climb above the Lindeman Fjord Base Camp established by the two Arcturus leaders, Kathleen Cartwright and Robert Burton. The artist completed this sketch on the way down from the overlooking hill, where he had completed a sketch of the snow dome of the Hohe Kugel, across the Lindeman Fjord. Ringed plovers were the only birds seen on this walk. |
