Most members of the Arcturus Myggbukta 2001 Expedition, led by Kathleen and Neville Cartwright, walked cross-coountry to the fossil forest in Tree-elv. The artist remained above the Tree-elv gorge to sketch the "proto-glacier" snow field on the eastern side of the gorge. There were 4 musk oxen wandering above the proto-glacier |
