Description: The Arcturus Myggbukta Expedition 2001, led by Kathleen and Neville Cartwright, used the famous Trappers' Station (built 1922) for cooking and meals, but slept in tents to the north of the Station. The general location was rich in wildlife, eg 300 long-tailed duck in the bay overlooked by the Station, musk-oxen galore, and a fox's lair, with playful cubs on 1-2 miles away.
