Description: The Arcturus Ymers Ø Base Camp was established by the two leaders, Lorraine Craig and Kathleen Cartwright on 20 July after the twin Otter landed on a terrace above the Juluts River at 7pm. Late snows covered the mountains. Long-tailed skuas flew around, though often chased by scores of waders including knots.
