Full description: |
A rectangular Argentine flag. It is made in three pieces and consists of three horizontal stripes: pale blue, white and pale blue. Printed in the centre of the white section is a yellow sun with facial features in black; on the left side of the white section are four lines of black text, printed upside down, which have bled into the fabric and are difficult to read. The right/free edge of the flag is torn and heavily frayed. A piece of cream-coloured has been machine-stitched to the left/pole edge to form a tube, which contains a rope. The rope is stitched into the top of the tube, and protrudes from the bottom, where a metal hook is knotted.
