A small hand-sewn triangular flag. It is made of two layers of yellow textile, with a green textile edging. One side has an appliquéd four-leaf clover in green fabric and 'HOPE BAY. '48' in green stitching; the other has an appliquéd four-leaf clover in green fabric, ''49C' in green stitching and an embroidered snowflake in white stitching. A piece of white textile tape has been stitched to the left/pole edge of the flag on either side, which extends beyond the flag at both the top and bottom. |
