Carving (a) on base (b): Carving (a) of a Man in black/grey (flecked with green) soapstone. Man is standing with legs apart and arms in front of body. Nose, eyes, eyebrows, and mouth are carved on oval face. He is wearing a hip-length parka with inverted V-shaped split at centre front. Attached pointed hood frames the face. Bottom edge of parka and knee-length trousers are outlined with an incised horizontal line and multiple vertical lines; incised line around edge of sleeves. Boots are decorated with an incised line around toes and heel and over instep. A vertical arrow is incised along centre front of each leg. White circular label "T5" glued to bottom of right foot; rectangular paper label "190" glued to bottom of left foot.
