Full description:

Carving (a): Carving (a) of Wrestlers in grey soapstone. Two men sitting facing each other joined at the hands and the bottom of feet. One man is facing forward; other man is facing upwards. Eyes, nose, mouth and ears are incised on each oval-shaped face. Edges of parka sleeves and trouser bottoms are carved. Two metal pegs on rectangular black and white plastic? base correspond to holes under each figure. Two additional circular holes on top of base. Green felt glued to rectangular bottom of base. Square white paper label "6" glued to underside of right leg on one figure and to bottom of base. Circular orange paper label "17" glued to bottom of base.
