Full description:

A single reversible red-brown leather mitten, with a thumb on either side. It has been treated with whale oil to prevent the leather freezing. The main body is made of a single piece of leather with a separate piece inserted on either side for the thumbs; it has piped seams. A textile edging has been stitched around the opening of the mitten to create a cuff, and has been coated with red paint.
