A metal dart, consisting of a round base and a three-pronged head. There is a hole on the underside to take a dart shaft (see N: 58a). The upper surface of the base is marked 'REWARD PAID FOR RETURN TO DISCOVERY COMMITTEE // COLONIAL OFFICE LONDON // 828' and the underside is marked on '828'.
