Full description:

Lanceolate-shaped shank is made of bone backed with musk ox horn ? secured together with three metal rivets. Three additional circular holes at top. Upturned pointed metal hook is inserted into wide end of shank. Groove on base of shank is flanked by one (originally two) metal rivets. Twisted wire attached to two holes at top. End of wire is wrapped with light brown string. "4" in red one side.
