Antarctic Place-Names Committee Considers proposals and makes recommendations for place-names within the British Antarctic Territory, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.

Canterbury Museum (New Zealand) Museum in Christchurch, New Zealand, with a large collection of artefacts from the heroic age of discovery in Antarctica.
Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) International commission responsible for the conservation of Antarctic marine ecosystems. Includes publications such as reports, manuals, articles and posters.
CoolAntarctica Non-profit site with factual information and photographs on Antarctica, its animals, weather, sea ice and environment.
Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programs (COMNAP) International association, bringing together national Antarctic programmes in different countries. Aims to develop and promote best practice in managing the support of scientific research in Antarctica.
Evolution and Biodiversity in the Antarctic A Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) initiative, which is also part of the Antarctic Master Directory (AMD). Contains reports, publications, links and news.
Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS), University of Tasmania Centre for research and education. Pursues multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary work to advance understanding of temperate marine, Southern Ocean, and Antarctic environments.
