Abstract: Nature and origin of Little Ice Age moraine are investigated by analyzing variability along length of moraine of characteristics such as cross-profile form, surface composition, clast form, and quartz sand grain characteristics. Inferences made about transport paths of glacial debris in moraine and process of moraine-building.
