Record #96696:
Primary creep of polycrystalline ice under constant stress / Fethi Azizi.
Title: | Primary creep of polycrystalline ice under constant stress / Fethi Azizi. |
Author(s): | Azizi, Fethi. |
Date: | 1989. |
In: | Cold Regions Science and Technology. (1989.), Vol. 16(2) (1989) |
Abstract: | Results of constant load unconfined compression tests undertaken by Mellor and Cole (1982) are analyzed, assuming that, during primary creep phase, ice behaves according to power law. Basically, analysis concerns determination of creep parameters of power law. |
Notes: | Cold Regions Science and Technology. Vol. 16(2) :159-165 (1989). |
Keywords: | 551.32 -- Glaciology. 551.322 -- Ice and snow. 539.37 -- Ice, plastic and viscous deformation. E4 -- Glaciology: physics and chemistry of ice. |
