Record #95189:

Dynamic response of "Molikpaq" to ice-structure interaction / M.G. Jefferies, W.H. Wright.

Title: Dynamic response of "Molikpaq" to ice-structure interaction / M.G. Jefferies, W.H. Wright.
Author(s): Jefferies, M. G.
Wright, W. H.
Date: 1988.
Publisher: New York: American Society of Mechanical Engineers
In: OMAE 1988 Houston. Proceedings of the Seventh International Conference on Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering. Vol. 4. Arctic engineering and technology ... presented at ... Houston, Texas, February 7-12, 1988. (1988.),
Abstract: During winter 1985-86 this drilling structure was deployed in Beaufort Sea. Exposed location resulted in significant interactions between structure and moving first- and multiyear ice which often caused dynamic response of platform. Presents overview of experience and provides evidence for particular causative mechanism.
