Abstract: Describes brachiopod assemblages in which 15 productacean species are distinguished. Shells adapted to three modes of life are recognized. Distribution of assemblages in Formation is analyzed within framework of reconstruction of history of Permian sea in area and main ecological controls on distribution are discussed.
