| Abstract: | Describes a comprehensive glaciochemical study conducted on Antarctic plateau and at several locations on Terre Adélie coast to investigate sulphur, nitrogen and halogen atmospheric cycles in very remote areas. Paper reports spatio-temporal variations of Cl/Na ratio for several hundred samples collected in snow pits or from firn and ice cores using contamination-free techniques. |
