Record #94346:

Seasonal variations in resistivity and temperature in discontinuous permafrost / A.J. Delaney, Paul V. Sellmann, S.A. Arcone.

Title: Seasonal variations in resistivity and temperature in discontinuous permafrost / A.J. Delaney, Paul V. Sellmann, S.A. Arcone.
Author(s): Delaney, A. J.
Sellmann, Paul V.
Arcone, S. A.
Date: 1988.
Publisher: Trondheim: Tapir Publishers
In: Permafrost. Fifth International Conference. August 2-5, 1988. Proceedings. (1988.), Vol. 2.
Abstract: In early April 1985, strings of electrodes 12.2 m long were placed in bore holes in gravelly alluvium and in Fairbanks silt where soil type and ice content had been logged. Electrodes were at 30 cm intervals, which allowed vertical profiling at various electrode separations. Temperature holes were within 3 m of resistivity holes and data were recorded throughout year.
