Record #94285:

Trypsin from Antarctic fish (Paranotothenia magellanica Forster) as compared with trout (Salmo gairdneri) trypsin / S. Genicot, G. Fellwer, Ch. Gerday.

Title: Trypsin from Antarctic fish (Paranotothenia magellanica Forster) as compared with trout (Salmo gairdneri) trypsin / S. Genicot, G. Fellwer, Ch. Gerday.
Author(s): Genicot, S.
Fellwer, G.
Gerday, Ch.
Date: 1988.
Publisher: Oxford: Pergamon Press
In: Marine biology of Antarctic organisms; proceedings of the International Conference on the Marine Biology of Antarctica, Ravello, Italy, [6-8 October 1986]. (1988.),
Abstract: Trypsin of two species shown to have similar amino acid composition but different peptide maps. Over temperature range of 5-35° C, trypsin of Antarctic specimens displayed higher turnover number, physiological efficiency than trout or cow trypsins.
Notes:

In: Marine biology of Antarctic organisms; proceedings of the International Conference on the Marine Biology of Antarctica, Ravello, Italy, [6-8 October 1986] / Guido di Prisco, Bruno Maresca, Bruno Tota, eds.
