Abstract: | Surveys parasitic occurrence in fish and wildlife which form part of traditional diet. Dietary preferences and food preparation practices shown to reduce risk of infection by dangerous parasites with main danger, sporadic and unexpected appearance of parasites in atypical hosts. |
