Record #93601:

High-latitude processes in a coupled ocean-atmosphere general circulation model / D.L. Roberts.

Title: High-latitude processes in a coupled ocean-atmosphere general circulation model / D.L. Roberts.
Author(s): Roberts, D. L.
Date: 1988.
Publisher: Boston, MA: American Meteorological Society
In: Second Conference on Polar Meteorology and Oceanography, March 29-31, 1988, Madison, Wisc. : preprints. (1988.),
Abstract: Concerned with aspects of simulation of Arctic climate in 4-year experiment with coupled atmosphere/ocean/sea-ice general circulation model recently developed at UK Meteorological Office. Coupled model does not yet achieve this simulation, but constitutes good base for future development. Analysis of behaviour of sea ice has helped to identify some aspects of three components.
Notes:

In: Second Conference on Polar Meteorology and Oceanography, March 29-31, 1988, Madison, Wisc. : preprints / American Meteorological Society.

Preprint.

Keywords: 551.465.7 -- Oceanography, energy budget.
551.583 -- Climatic changes.
