| Abstract: | In some areas of Precambrian bedrock, Weichselian till cover is strewn with large erratics which show wind-blasted surfaces. May have been abraded by sand/silt or snow. Concludes that southern Sweden was part of periglacial environment in Late Weichselian period, which suffered extremely severe winds, probably more severe than more northerly areas. |
