| Abstract: | Historical recession of these two adjacent outlet glaciers from Öraefajökull has revealed two contrasting landform assemblages in complex proglacial area. Documentary, cartographic, aerial photographic, lichenometric and morphological field evidence is used to examine origin and development of these land forms over last 115 years. |
