| Abstract: | Goal of correlation agreement between US Forest Service (USFS) and State of California Department of Water Resources was eventual exclusion of snow sensors from USFS-administered wilderness; this is discussed and it is recommended that agreement be reviewed and updated to reflect change of objective from eventual total exclusion to minimizing number and impact of sensors. |
