Abstract: Describes and illustrates calcareous sponges collected during Scott's 1901-04 Discovery expedition. 39 belong to grade Homocoela divided among five species, two of which are new to science; and 70 belonging to grade Heterocoela containing 18 species, all of which are new to science.
