Record #90374:
Aerosol size-temperature relationship / Glenn E. Shaw.
Title: | Aerosol size-temperature relationship / Glenn E. Shaw. |
Author(s): | Shaw, Glenn E. |
Date: | 1988. |
In: | Geophysical Research Letters. (1988.), Vol. 15(2) (1988) |
Abstract: | Distribution of atmospheric aerosols in air masses over central Alaska varies systematically with air temperature. There is speculation that the cause of this is related to a combination of air pollution transport from Eurasia into Arctic air masses and photolytic creation of nuclei in the northern Pacific. |
Notes: | Geophysical Research Letters. Vol. 15(2) :133-135 (1988). |
Keywords: | 551.510.42 -- Atmospheric impurities, dust and aerosols. 551.524 -- Air temperature. D -- Atmospheric sciences. (*49) -- Alaska. |
