Frost wedge casts in western Jutland and their possible implications for European periglacial research / Else Kolstrup.

Title: Frost wedge casts in western Jutland and their possible implications for European periglacial research / Else Kolstrup.
Author(s): Kolstrup, Else.
Date: 1987.
In: Zeitschrift für Geomorphologie. (1987.), Vol. 31(4) (1987)
Abstract: From presence of ice wedge casts, composite casts and wedges with primary mineral infilling, concludes that all types of frost wedge casts are common in this area of Denmark, and that any ratio between ice and mineral material was present as filling in active wedges during upper part of the Weichselian. Discuess importance for reconstruction of past European perglacial evironments.
