| Abstract: | Strong positive responses are related to clouds with moderate updrafts in temperature range of -10 to -20°C. Strong negative responses are related to clouds with stronger updrafts and tops colder than -35°C. Weather systems generating these clouds and implications for snowpack management are discussed. |
