| Abstract: | Report of drilling programme conducted near Pole of Relative Inaccessibility on east Antarctic plateau during December 1986 and January 1987 in order to obtain information about atmospheric concentrations of insoluble and soluble particulates, atmospheric temperature, and net mass accumulation during last 2-3 ka. Two deep and 13 shallow cores were obtained and are now being analyzed. |
