Chapin, F. Stuart,
Date: 1987.
In: Arctic and Alpine Research. (1987.), Vol. 19(4) (1987)
Abstract: Life-history traits of individual species, competitive interactions, and facilitation all contribute to the pattern and rate of succession in tundra ecosystems. Understanding of these natural successional processes permits the development of effective strategies for restoration of disturbed areas in tundra.
