Record #88320:

A new approach to drumlin morphometry / Ian S. Evans.

Title: A new approach to drumlin morphometry / Ian S. Evans.
Author(s): Evans, Ian S.
Date: 1987.
Publisher: Rotterdam: A.A. Balkema
In: Drumlin symposium. Proceedings of the Drumlin Symposium/First International Conference on Geomorphology/Manchester/16-18 September 1985. (1987.),
Abstract: Suggests that, for detailed studies of drumlins, it may be useful to measure frequency distributions of altitude, gradient, aspect, and profile and plan convexities, and to consider their relationships. In practice, these variables can only be measured by considering small area. Applied to seven existing drumlins and results discussed.
Notes:
